Dubbo Regional Aboriginal Health Service (DRAHS) is seeking to employ a part time, experienced GP to join our team. At DRAHS we care for the whole community from pregnancy and early childhood, men’s and women’s health, preventative care and health promotion, complex chronic disease management, geriatrics and palliative care. With the support of our nursing staff, Aboriginal Health Workers, friendly receptionists and onsite management team, we pride ourselves in providing high quality medical care for our patients. We are also supported by a visiting dietician, podiatrist, pharmacist, optometrist, audiologist, Cardiologist, Womens Health and diabetic educator. The clinic also has access to regular telehealth clinics with specialists. DRAHS is a bulk billing clinic, operating between 8:30am and 5pm week days with no weekend shifts. On average GPs are expected to see between 15-20 patients per day. The successful applicant will be offered a generous salary with the option of further negotiations inclusive of superannuation. You will also have access to generous salary packaging options. Accommodation and vehicle will be available to assist with relocating to the region.
